This series of posts just got its 4th part. All of these posts show diversity of Bosnian cuisine in spices, techniques and types of meals. Just like everything else in Bosnia, even in the food you can feel history, different influences, nations and cultures that passed this place or settled in it.Food and drink is very important part for many cultures so it is for Bosnian. Main part of any celebration is food. When you invite your guests to come over, what you put on table for them to serve themselves is something that is of big importance to any household, because it shows the way you treat and respect your guest. There are no limits, actually, people here make their guests eat as much as they can, even “force” them to take some more.
